A 35-mile EPA EV range and 5,000 lbs of towing capacity are what the new version of the XC90 has.

5th Gen Range Rover (Towing Capacity 5,511 lbs)

GMC Hummer EV (Towing Capacity 7,500 lbs)
This EV is one of the biggest on the market with a fast charge of up to 350 kW and a towing capacity as large as 7,500 lbs. but it seems that it doesn’t live up to the Super Truck marketing. So, even though the GMC has a lot of power for towing, the GMC’s stated electric range of 326 miles is less than the originally claimed range of 350+ miles.
Rivian R1S (Towing Capacity 7,700 lbs)
The Rivian R1S is a large SUV that is in the same vein as the R1T. The highest towing capacity of any electric SUV to date will be offered when the R1S launches. While that is indeed impressive, it’s disappointing to note that the R1S has a towing capacity of significantly below 11,000 lbs, which is what the R1T is capable of.

Chevrolet Silverado (Towing Capacity 10,000 lbs)
The Chevrolet Silverado EV is built on a dedicated electric vehicle platform that is very similar to the one used for the GMC Hummer EV. Given that this electric truck is smaller, it’s slightly odd that it has a higher towing capacity. The Silverado EV is said to have 400 miles of range on a full charge.
